Products may not be returned or exchanged if you change your mind so please choose carefully. For incorrect orders, please return the product to us in originally sealed and unopened condition within 7 days. For products received in faulty condition, we will accept full responsibility and will provide replacement products free of delivery charges. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us asap to prevent the dispatch of goods. Once goods are dispatched we cannot accept cancellation of order anymore and the sale will be finalized. If any cancellation is placed on time and accepted by us, please provide us with proof of purchase and your bank account details so the funds can be refunded back into your account.
