Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We use courier services for all orders placed through this website and offer FREE DELIVERY on orders of $150 and above, nationwide. Any orders below that amount will incur a shipping fee that will be calculated during checkout.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive (weekends are not included). If any items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected date of stock availability and shipping.
Our courier service will generate an automatic shipping confirmation that will contain the order tracking number. All our shipments are ‘non-signature’ items unless requested else and will be delivered to your requested address. In case the courier can’t get hold of you at this address, the driver normally will drop off the parcel at the door or your letterbox (if suitable). Alternatively, he might leave a card to call for you to re-arrange delivery for another day. Please provide your phone number and if a business, state the business name in the address section of the shopping cart at the time of your order.
For overseas orders we will use International Air or International Courier, depending on the country and zone. Some countries might have restrictions on the import of certain products. Please email us beforehand and we will be happy to assist with any international orders. All prices on our website are inclusive of GST. Sales to customers outside of New Zealand will typically be exempt from GST but may be subject to certain taxes or duty in that country that are the purchaser’s responsibility.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your products did not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to sort out the issue. If goods are damaged, please document the damage by taking photos on your phone and take notes of details. Keep any packaging and damaged items as they are, as these are required for the claim process. Please do not return the damaged goods before notifying us first as we will need to make arrangements with the courier from our end.
In case your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time-frame (2-3 working days) after confirmation of dispatch, please try first to track it online via the tracking number received in the dispatch email, then contact us as soon as possible but within 20 days of dispatch if missing or within 7 days of receipt if goods are damaged.
